How we handle your data

Your store's data and your customers' data stay yours. We follow Shopify's privacy rules for apps, and these are the promises we build to.

  • We never sell your data

    We don't sell or rent your store's data or your customers' data, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.

  • Only the permissions a feature needs

    Every Shopify permission the app asks for is tied to a feature you use. When a feature no longer needs one, we remove it.

  • No card details or customer contact lists

    Payments run through Shopify's own checkout, so card details never reach us. Customer names and email addresses are read from Shopify when needed, not kept in our database.

  • Deleted when Shopify asks

    When a customer asks a store to erase their data, or a store uninstalls the app, Shopify tells us and we delete what we hold.
